Lucia upon first impression may seem rude and snobby, her often outside peltarch wears a hood covering most of her hair and eyes. If ever seen with her hood down she isn't Narfell's idea of beauty but is none the less a pretty young woman. When around men, she automactially draws away from them, not that she is afraid. If a man is to request anything off her, she is more than quick to fulfill the man's request.
At the point in time (if people get to see her) is becoming apparent that she swelling with pregancy. She covers her self with a cloak and is very withdrawn around people who want to help her. It only ever when she is with her body guard Gaden that she is able to 'let loose' with her worries or problems.
She has been with Gaden since she was a baby, Gaden coming from a long line of bodies guards sworn to protect the Lunaya family. Around Gaden she has more courage and life about her then her normal strict self. Maybe with Gaden's help she may be able to break free from her strict and unruly father and forge her self a new place in the world of Narfelll, which is so much freer then Waterdeep.
It will all start with the birth of her unexpected child.
