New Kudos Thread, due to trimming of forums.

Major kudos & gratitude to our developers:
-
Its_a_fire, for the amazing class and systems updates, including those laid out in the new roadmap post, as well as the crafting systems that I look forward to working with closely.
-
Seisan, for the item drops systems and his involvement & advice with the ongoing systems and itemization development, and overall.
And major kudos also to our roleplayers, who provide rich, compelling & entertaining characters. It has been a pleasure to DM for the Moonreachers. The earnesty, sincerity and depth with which you play these characters has made DMing a breeze and a joy.

Big kudos to Flom and Caoimh for their respective DM contributions to a wonderful weekend of roleplaying. Saturday was epic, rich in storytelling and with a twist to the tale that left me as surprised as my character, very well done! Sunday, by pleasant contrast, was a tense conversational drama spiced with delicious barbs and catty comments, setting up vampire plottage which I cannot wait to see where it leads.
-
Massive kudos to Flom for all his hard work, care and creativity in creating yet another wonderful, visually appealing, storytelling-rich playground to explore. The launch of the Mycelium saw us in somewhat of a frenzy of exploration, and I'm already looking forwards to returning at a slower pace to really get to know the environment, the quirky NPCs and the enticing maps themselves. Well done, know that we appreciate it immensely and don't fret over the occasional, inevitable bug!
-
A big oink of approval.
-
Big kudos to our Eternal DM, for yesterday's terrifying delve into (the outskirts of) Zhentarim-controlled Norwick. Quartermaster Hive and company were scary enough the first time around, now I was quaking in my socks!
-
Kudos to Flom once more, for the wonder that is Moonreach - last night my own jaw dropped alongside my character's, as we finally slogged through those countless undead to the layer beyond. It's vastly different and the contrast is so well thought out that I must doff my imaginary cap! From our small sneak-peek ahead, it's breathtaking and I can't wait to go exploring with the rest of the gang! And kudos, of course, for the continued investigative part of the plot which is thickening nicely.
-
Hear hear! I love the locus system and had a great time with our last gruelling but thoroughly enjoyable efforts in trying to find the next one. Thank you to Flom of course, for the new amazing maps - the sunken city's nothing short of breathtaking and also offers a survivable stomping ground for lowish level characters (or whimpy ones like Laura) to adventure in and explore. I love the new hidden paths with their keys, and overall I'm very much enjoying the feeling that there's always something new and unknown awaiting the characters.
-
Kudos to @its_a_fire for the excellent work she's done with TOTON's systems, including cleaning up & revamping outdated systems, as well as introducing engaging new ones (such as the very popular locuses) & overall development vision.
-
Kudos to Karni, for her exemplary and top-tier RP, support, effort, and collaboration in plots, character interactions, and forum content. It goes without saying that it is always a joy. I always look forward to her posts, including the latest Laura's letters, not only to mine for plothooks as a DM but also for their own sake as a reader.
-
Thank you to @its_a_fire and @DrDreadLock for invaluable guidance on scripts and area development matters without which the new areas would not be possible.
Thank you to @Caoimh for the swift implementation of the server updates & diligent ongoing server management.
Thank you to @Laurykat for the high-speed hosting that permits seamless and smooth game-play, without interruption or impediment.
Thank you to each and every player for the vibrant, collaborative, and enriching role-play, which is the core of the server and the inspiration for the ongoing plots & development.
-
Well said. The Moonreach area and feel are great, and seeing new life being sprung on the server, more content, more updates, the feeling of freshness and growth is very satisfying and fulfilling.
My thanks to the lead team that is making it happen with a lot of hours of personal work and headache to tweak everything to perfection, and so the rest of us just have to log on and enjoy.
And not least, thanks to the great players I was able to interact with through the weekend. Every time I get some time to play after a long break I feel instantly welcome and reminded of why this world and this group of people are a treat and a treasure that have a very special place in my heart, and as long as I'm able I will always come back to.
-
I will even chime in on this one. Great work on the maps and NPCs @Flom . I know it can be draining, but it gets easier! Great work on all the new fixes and systems, @its_a_fire and also quick server updates @Caoimh to get these changes in.
Last, but not least. To everyone playing and making this a great place to have fun. I've enjoyed being back the last few days and enjoyed being low level again.
-
Agreed! These maps have so much personality. Put the NPCs on top and it's a terrific setting.
-
A belated (only because we're still exploring all the wonders of it) kudos to Flom for all the work and effort put into the creation of Moonreach Keep - both storywise and with the actual maps, with so many intricate and beautiful details. It's the cool blue moon to Marigold's late summer sun, and every bit as pretty! Kudos also to DrD and its_a_fire for their respective contributions, as well as all my co-players. I'm having a lot of fun both exploring the maps themselves, as well as rediscovering the frights of extreme squishy low-levelness!
-
I'll throw in my hat for our Forever DM @Flom and the wild journeys he's taken our characters on, and also @its_a_fire for the massive amount of work they've put in. It's awe inspiring.
-
Agreed! I'm still getting used to the rest menue's lavish choices, but it's all good. Now if only I still had a billion portraits to flip through instead of the forced slim pickings due to the game itself... but even so, I can't wait for an event forcing us to go in disguise! ^^
-
Huge kudos to @its_a_fire for the latest build updates, opening the rest menu alone feels like invoking space age technology now, not even mentioning all the refactoring, planning and documentation that is being done in the background!
-
Kudos once again to Xanatos Gambit and the usual suspects for the weekend's events - in particular the "High Rollers" one, which had my knees quietly shaking as I typed up Isolde's stubbornly confident claims that she'd win. I can't tell you how gratifying it was that she actually did!
-
We're too spoiled! And agreed on yesterday's event, which was a worthy conclusion to Geroldine's war, with exciting reveals and tough choices that in some cases left a lump in my throat. A tale wonderfully spun by Xanatos Gambit and well played by all!
