Kudos once more for a plot-packed weekend in good company! I can't wait for the next one.
-
Kudos to DM Xanatos Gambit & all my brilliant co-players in the past weekend's plottage. A rich and enticing blend of mystery, teasing glimpses and revelation!
-
Kudos to Isolde for a very interesting chat in the commons that actually made Xiulan grow her character and be less shy. Thank you.
-
Kudos to DM Lazarus for various shenanigans of late, particularily in last night's events. The perfect blend of terrifying and hilarious. I had a lot of fun playing Isolde's perhaps ill conceived plan of "Woopsie Daisies" out!
-
Agreed, a fantastic day, thanks to everyone who came and for all the fun, hijinks and misty-eyed moments - and of course a huge thank you to Flom for putting the event together and the gorgeous setup!
-
A belated but great big round of applause for the wedding. The right mix of humor, romance and action, with everyone able to seize their moment, and some hints at things to come.
-
Hear, hear! That was a wonderful event, with a lot of thought and care put in from so many that I felt the love through the screen. Harlow's unlucky shenanigans put the adventuring icing on the cake, but ironically also ruined the actual cake! The saintly Thaddeus salvaged enough that Isolde does decree the wedding 'proper' despite that.
-
Kudos to everyone who made the wedding such a memorable, thoughtful event! I appreciate you all. Special kudos to Flom for that spectacular setup with so many familiar faces from our times together. I'm sorry I had to run before we got to the cake if for nothing less than not getting to spend another hour with you all.
-
Kudos to all TOTON:ers for a weekend of great fun, both in and out of the actual events! Right now I'm feeling the 2 am bedtime of yesterday, but I couldn't bring myself to quit on the hilarity of the Dowcher Games, Brightwater style! Either everyone truly brought their A-game, or I was in a particularily giggly mood.
-
I actually found some time to get in game and it was really nice to just hang out with people again! Thanks to all who were there!
-
I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday's event in all its nuances, from tension and drama to heartfelt admissions. I also can't believe that after SO many events of doomed rolls, both Aoth and Isolde aced it with their respective Dispels!
-
It's been a while, but this past weekend's RP has been top notch in my opinion and well worthy of a hearty kudos - first the chillsome slumbering giant, followed by Temperance of Gulderhorn's surprisingly saddening downfall. Well played all involved!
-
Agreed. Kudos to you all for contributing to what we are building here. Can't wait to see more.
-
Hear hear! Last month has been hectic, and the most fun I've had with NWN in years, and that's thanks to you all. Good going!
-
Massive kudos to our masterful DM Xanatos Gambit, as well as all the players involved, for last night's tense and atmospheric vanquishing of the Unreal! Finally team Golden Geese scores a solid win!
-
Kudos to DM Serendipity and all players partaking in the boarding school of doom so far - it went downhill so fast, but I'm hoping we get to develop the story (and our miscellaneous cast) a bit more before the inevitable end!
Also kudos to DM Xanatos Gambit, serving up yet another chillsome Doppelganger surprise, and to my able and talented co-players!
-
Kudos to WBB for relaying Mark's final chapter, a fitting end for the Captain of the Deadeye Watch
Also belated kudos for all of the weapon packs, I finally got Rey down to Dark Hammers to upgrade her greatsword:
-
Oh, long overdue kudos time! I've had a wonderful time, pretty much every time I've logged in, and would simply like to extend a warm thanks to everyone for their creative and enjoyable contributions to the stories spun.
-
I can but chime in with the above - I've loved this plot and all its different elements, so intricately and elegantly woven together over time. I hope to do it justice through Isolde's pen at a future point, but for now, massive kudos to Flom and as always to the players. Even with something a time crunch on our hands, everyone clearly brought their A game and the RP flowed throughout, including mid-combat. Well played all, and thank you.

The whole Desolace plot was an experience unlike anything else! A milestone in seven (!?) years of mystery, ever deepening and convoluting as we went. Just last week, my Sunday PnP group discussed why we've seen so little high level play, and I brought up @Flom as an example of how to do it well. The Sign of One was the perfect backdrop, because I don't believe any monster stat block could make those levels feel rewarding. The thrill has been in watching the world change in response to our choices. The debates. The betrayals. The loss. The victories. The fractal glass plot really made it clear who we were and what we'd achieved, why our differing visions mattered, why our arguments and friendship were important. All of it, down to the books we found, the sort of storytelling that's difficult to fake with freshly baked characters.
So thanks to Flom, and thanks to all the players. I'm ever eager to see what you do next.
