2024 Wrap-Up & Thank You

Hi everyone,
As 2024 reaches its end, we wanted to thank you all for making TOTON such a vibrant and pleasant experience.
We figure it is as good time a time as any, to take stock and reflect on our first year of TOTON.
Over the first year of TOTON, we have:
- doubled our player-base overall, on forums and Discord as well as in-game (schedules permitting);
- opened opportunities for people who want to DM, from experienced storytellers like Nereida & KC to people who want to try their hand at something new like Poweet;
- implemented ongoing fixes and adjustments, as well as introduced new module features, thanks to Its_a_fire;
- begun new plots and campaigns, involving demons and cursed children, urban druids and their sordid pasts, and heists & hijinx with alt characters, thanks to Nereida, KingCreeper & Poweet;
- ran two campaigns, in "Homecoming" and "Geroldine's invasion" (the latter of which is near its end);
- progressed several continuing plots under the above two campaigns, involving political intrigue against the Geese, Drow incursions, meta-narratives in the Red Kermis, an idealogue's religious crisis, the blazing star/second sun, the bygone prince, and others;
- ran events nearly every weekend;
- set plans for TOTON's major developments, thanks to Its_a_fire, DrDreadlock, & Caoimh; and,
- most importantly, enjoyed high-quality character development and role-play, thanks to you all.
We cannot stress enough the importance of the last item above. TOTON is thanks to you, your company, your RP, and the fun we have together.
Needless to say, DrDreadlock, Caoimh, and I are grateful & honoured to be enjoying DND with you all, and look forward to another year in TOTON with you & together.
