  • Arrested Culprit: Rifan Fairview
    Date: Eleint 01/11/25
    Warrant: Issued by Inquisitor Aimon Fenmeron.
    Arresting Officers: Yorrin Wales & Gerra Trenton, in service of Inquisitor Merlon.
    Charges: Violation of Peltarch Statute sections:

    • 1.09: Assault;
    • 1.10: Negligent Harm to Another;
    • 1.11: Harboring a Criminal;
    • 1.12: Aiding and Abetting a Criminal; and,
    • 1.13: Obstructing Justice.

    Warrant Notes: Culprit Rifan Fairview, a clerk in service of the Crown, is accused of meddling in the arrest of Cormac Randolph, and of having exercised undue influence over the magisterial due process to make arrangements for Randolph's early release.

    • Randolph was arrested on charges of assault against the guard official Perom Essi. Following Rifan's alleged involvement, Randolph was released without full review or processing.

    • Upon inquiries made by guards in the employ of Inquisitor Aimon Fenmeron, the culprit is accused of having uttered threats to the aforementioned guards. The threats allegedly included a warning that the guard and magistracy refrain from attempting to arrest any member of the royal family or any agents or servants of the royal family.

    • Initial warrant cited sections 1.09, 1.12, and 1.13. Following initial processing and review, warrant has since been updated to include sections 1.10 and 1.11.


    Arresting Officer's Notes: Culprit insulted the magistracy and guard upon arrest, calling the pursuit of justice a "waste of time." Culprit publicly mocked the guards arresting him. Culprit called the arresting guards names upon arrest. Culprit was argumentative, difficult, and obstinate throughout arrest and during gaoling.
