    Reasons why streaking should be banned in Peltarch.

    1. It ruins the public morale. People will no longer feel happy when everyun is flappin' their dingerdongers about.

    2. It's damn cold. As a good friend of mine pointed out, people might wear clothes anyway, since Peltarch is cold. This means, by banning streaking, the people will be protected from the cold harsh weather.

    3. People won't be distracted by naked people. Everyun needs ta be able to focus on their jobs, and not have lewd nudists runnin' about.

    4. The preverts would be happy if it was allowed. Nobody likes when preverts are happy.
