Here is a listing of the SetAppearance values for HotU. It seems that some but not all of the HotU ones work.
To map one to your hotkeys you need to enter ##SetAppearance and then the number on the command field.
These work when you are possessing an NPC - even if you are possessing without full powers. Mapping as a custom text on an NPC rather than as a command on the DM avatar works just fine.
Meaning we can create some interesting possibilities:
e.g. Vampires transforming into bats - hotkey ##SetAppearance 10
