    This thread contains ongoing rumors, machinations and intrigue surrounding Moonreach Keep.

    As of Flamerule 23/11/24 ...

    • Geroldine's Zhentarim invasion has escalated, and the Zhentarim now occupy a majority of the Nars territory -- having pinned Peltarchian defense and Moonreach vanguard forces to areas North of the Witch and Seer Inn. Geroldine's forces at this stage control the West, Southern, and Eastern Fronts, with the allied local forces controlling the the Northernmost Nars and Moonreach Keep.

    • At Moonreach, the remaining Cleimant Council, notably Jecken Stockley, Ava Brokenblade, and the Astrologer Farian are investigating apparent leaks of confidential information, the source of which is allegedly within Moonreach Keep itself.

    • The intelligencer Motley Grey has vanished. Rumors surrounding her disappearance mention concerns -- allegedly reaching even as far up as the Cleimants -- that she may have been working against rather than for the Cleimant Council and Moonreach Keep, and may have been the source of the information leaks.

    • The Selunite high priest Elias Houl remains at large following his disappearance and the attack of shadows and undead against the Keep. Many believe him to be responsible for the blackening of blue moonstone deposits and abduction of Moonreach residents, notably the tiefling Zamo Palewind, and the Lunar Knight Shane Mills.

    • There is hushed talk of a newly established adventuring group called the Locus Operandi, who have been investigating one of the above matters, namely the crimes and tribulations of Elias Houl and the corruption of the moonstones, with the blessing of the Cleimant Council and allegedly King Caleb.
