Interview Summary re: Lia Sands• “One of the best card players I’ve encountered. Either that, or an exceptional cheat” – Li Xiaoma, Proprietor of the Lucky Frog.
• “What a horrible waste of intellect. She enrolled in the first semester, and her entrance exam demonstrated a keen mind and imagination. • “Yes, she was on the caravan, but departed early. Several riders reported missing items, mostly small and inconsequential” – Caravan master Wu Ma, Silk Road Enterprises.
• Several interviews with members of the Scarlet Dragon yielded little information. Most were tight lipped, but the general impression was that Lia was well trained and learned very quickly. We strongly suspect she was sleeping with Haoran, second in command, but he would neither confirm or deny. He appeared rather irritated when the subject of Lia Sands came up.
• Records of Silk Road Enterprises confirms her traveling west past Thesk, likely towards the regions of Narfell outside our jurisdiction. A customary BOLO will be in effect for one year. Investigation is concluded.Lia Sands is a Tiefling of Shou origin. There is no record of her birth, though it’s suspected she was born in Yenching 19 years ago. She’s of average height, perhaps a bit smaller, with dark hair, dark eyes with a vague silvery tint, pointed ears, and two horns that betray her Abyssal or Infernal heritage.
She’s a sleight of hand artist of exception intelligence. She was trained in knife combat by the Scarlet Dragons, and it’s suggested that she be handled with care and attention.
